Double Coated, Closed Cell Polyurethane Foam
V2830 is a .03" thick, closed cell polyurethane, that is double coated with an acrylic adhesive. This is a multipurpose foam that's primarily used for dissipation of vibrations and to distribute stresses and forces over the entire bond line. The adhesive on the liner side has been specifically formulated to provide an ultra high bond especially in severe exterior applications. Normount® V2800 series.

- Available as V2830H which uses a high density 5 mil light blue polyethylene liner. Siliconized both sides for easy release
- Available as V2830L which has a low density 5 mil light blue polyethylene liner particularly suited where end product must be coiled or rolled up
- v2800 series uses a standard medium 5 mil light blue polyethylene liner
- Polyethylene liner excels in automated production
