3M™ VHB™ Tape LVO-160BF is a black, 62 mil (1.6 mm) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape featuring a polyethylene film liner. Designed for applications where reduced odor and VOC emissions are critical, it bonds well to a wide variety of substrates—including plastics like polypropylene and polystyrene. Its highly conformable foam core helps create a secure bond even on slightly uneven or mismatched surfaces. Part of 3M’s Low VOC and Odor (LVO) series, LVO-160BF offers the same low-odor adhesive and foam performance found across the product line, with a thicker profile for enhanced gap-filling capabilities.
