Intertape Polymer
BT100-40

Media Blasting Mask

BT100-40 is a high quality, durable rubber, coated with an advanced aggressive, yet removable acrylic adhesive. It is typically used as a shot peening or media blasting masking material. The uniform thickness allows maximum blasts up to 100 psi. The special rubber allows BT100 to conform tightly around curves and uneven surfaces. The high-tack, bonds quickly to clean surfaces with little or no hot gluing. BT100 removes in one piece after exposure to blasting. The white crepe release treated paper liner makes this product easy to tear by hand. It can also be cut with a knife for precise fit.
