Polyester Film/ Mat Composite
A 7.5 mil. tape featuring polyester backing film/ mat with rubber thermosetting acrylic adhesive used as a coil cover and crossover insulation. For maximum solvent resistance and holding properties, 55 tape should be thermoset at one of the following cycles: 1 hour at 300°F; 2 hours at 275°F and 3 hours at 250°F.
