tesa® ACXplus 75530 is a double-sided transparent acrylic core tape. It consists of a high-performance acrylic system and is primarily characterised by its Bonding Power, Stress Dissipation and its Temperature and Weather Resistance. Due to the high transparency it is especially suitable for constructive bonding of transparent and translucent materials such as glass or acrylic. The visco-elastic, solid acrylic core compensates different thermal elongation of bonded parts.

It consists of a high performance acrylic system and is primarily characterized by its bonding power, stress dissipation characteristics, and its temperature and weather resistance. Due to the product's unique formulation, this double-sided acrylic foam tape combines very high adhesion levels with the ability to absorb and dissipate high dynamic loads. tesa® ACXplus 7042 performs well on "hard-to-bond-materials" such as powder coatings or plastic materials. Even in combinations of such materials, this product provides advanced safety due to its innovative product design. tesa® ACXplus 7042 is especially designed to allow invisible bonding of decorative elements. The gray or white color options adapt very well to metal and plastic surfaces. Furthermore, gleaming of translucent and decorative materials is avoided.

tesa® 64962 is a 63mil white PE foam coated on both sides with a synthetic rubber based adhesive. It has an immediate bond even on rough surfaces due to the high conformability of the soft PE foam, high bonding strength at low mounting pressure, high bonding strength on low surface energy substrates.
