Unifilm® UP50 is a 5.0 mil, unsupported adhesive transfer. It is primarily used for lamination to foam for gasketing, sound control, application of decorative parts and product assembly.

  • Extremely high tack, quick stick, and peel strength
  • Excellent humidity and water soak resistance
  • Performs well over a wide temperature range
  • Peel adhesion to stainless steel (PSTC 1 Mod./180°) 20 min. @ RT = 150 oz/in
  • Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g) @ RT = 6 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F (38°C)/100% RH = 96%
  • Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak = 95%
  • Release liner systems: No.1 --80# Bleached kraft (single liner)--Available upon request (double linered): No. 4--76# Bleached lay flat (single liner)--(Paper/Poly) (double linered): No. 9--81# Manila lay flat (single liner)
