Unifilm® UJ40 is a 4 mil, unsupported pressure sensitive adhesive film. It is primarily used for nameplates, lamination to foam for gasketing and sound control and application of decorative parts.

  • Holding Power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g) @ RT > 168 hrs.
  • Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g) @ 158°F (70°C) > 168 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F (38°C)/100% RH = 100%
  • Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak = 100%
