Unifilm® UC20 is a 2 mil, unsupported pressure sensitive adhesive film. It is primarily used for high temperature gasketing, nameplates, faceplates, and membrane switch fabrication.

  • Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g) @ RT: = 60 hours
  • Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g) @ 158°F (70°C): > 120 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F/100% RH: = 96%
  • Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak: = 90%
