Unifilm® UB2070 is a 2 mil, unsupported pressure sensitive adhesive film. It is primarily used where high initial adhesion is required, foam gasketing and sound attenuation.

Adhesive Tape Features
  • Available on a variety of liners to meet customer requirements
  • Adhesive film laminates well to a variety of substrates, including untreated polyolefins
  • Adhesive gives immediate high bonds
  • Performs well over a wide temperature range
  • Adhesive is water clear and has excellent UV resistance, and humidity resistance
  • UB Series has UL recognition to UL standard #969 for Marking and Labeling Systems
  • Approved by G.E. for use on Lexan®
  • Peel adhesion (PSTC 1 Mod./180°) to untreated Polypropylene: 20 min. @ RT = 50 oz/in
  • Holding Power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 2.2 psi (1x1x1000g) @ RT: > 24 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 wk. @ 100°F (38°C)/100% RH: = 100%
  • Water resistance % peel retnetion after 24 hour soak: = 100%
