Unsupported Adhesive Transfer Film

General Information
Unifilm® U624A is a 5 mil, unsupported adhesive transfer film. It is an automotive grade transfer film that is primarily used for high temperature, long-term gasketing and general purpose assembling applications. High performance acrylic adhesive provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene & polyethylene.

  • High shear strength & Holding Power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°)4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g)@RT = 60 hours
  • Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g) @ 158°F (70°C): >50 hours
  • Adhesive requires less nip pressure and lower heat
  • Smooth mirror like adhesive and specially coated liner results in easier handlling
