Unifilm® U616A is a 5.0 mil, unsupported adhesive transfer. It is primarily used for bonding of low surface energy plastics, lamination to EPDM rubbers and urethane foams and component assembly.

  • High adhesive mass provides excellent gap filling properties
  • Excellent resistance to environmental extremes
  • Exhibits excellent adhesion to ether and ester foams
  • Peel adhesion (PSTC 1 Mod./180°) to untreated polypropylene; 20 min. @ RT = 85 oz/in
  • Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 2.2 psi (1x1x1000g) @ RT > 24 hours
  • Humidity resistance % peel retention after 1 week @ 100°F (38°C)/100% RH = 100%
  • Water resistance % peel retention after 24 hour soak = 100%
