  • ASTM D-149; dielectric strength = 2308 v/mil
  • ASTM D-149 breakdown voltage = 4616 volts
  • ASTM D-150 dielectric constant (60Hz@RT) = 3.34
  • ASTM D-257 volume resistivity (ohm-cm) = 9.27 x 1015
