  • U3400C is formulated to withstand a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing adhesion
  • Peel adhesion: ASTM D3330 = 10 pli
  • Elongation ASTM D412 Die C=1000%
  • Cleavage peel strength: ASTM D1062 = 20 psi
  • Dynamic shear strength ASTM D3163 = 60 psi
  • Density = 65 lbs./cu.ft.
  • Aging Properties: Break away peel on aluminum in 24 hours = 29 psi; 3 year Florida aging = 42 psi; 3 year Arizona aging = 50 psi
  • Continuous peel on aluminum in 24 hours = 8 psi; 3 year Florida aging = 21 psi; 3 year Arizona aging = 22 psi
  • Break away peel on primer in 24 hours = 18 psi; 3 year Florida aging = 37 psi; 3 year Arizona aging = 41 psi
  • Continuous peel on primer in 24 hours = 7 psi; 3 year Florida aging = 19 psi; 3 year Arizona aging = 19 psi
