Unifilm® 805 is a 5.0 mil, unsupported adhesive transfer. It is primarily used for water shedder attachment, interior trim assembly and temporary attachment during assembly.

  • Tape dispenser system allows for quick, clean and easy application
  • Fast build up of adhesion, very high quick stick
  • Excellent holding power at elevated temperatures
  • Bonds to a wide variety of surfaces, including paper, most plastics films, and metal foils
  • 805's high coat weight provides excellent gap filling properties for use on rough surfaces
  • Peel adhesion to stainless steel (PSTC 1 Mod./180°--adhesive film laminated to 4 il (.10 mm) dead soft aluminum foil (alloy 1145); 20 min. @ RT = 60 oz/in
  • Holding power (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 4.4 psi (1/2x1x1000g) @ RT > 50 hrs.
  • Heat resistance (PSTC 7 Mod./178°) 1.1 psi (1x1x500g @ 158°F (70°C) > 100 hrs.
