Saint-Gobain V2830H
Double Coated, Closed Cell Polyurethane Foam

General Information
V2830H is a 30 mil thick, closed cell polyurethane, that is double coated with an acrylic adhesive. This is a multipurpose foam that's primarily used for dissipation of vibration and to distribute stresses and forces over the entire bond line. The adhesive on the liner side has been specifically formulated to provide an ultra high bond especially in severe exterior applications. Normount® V2800H series have an easier release liner than V2800.

  • Available as V2830L which has a low density 5 mil light blue plyethylene liner particularly suited where end product must be coiled or rolled up
  • Available with a low density 5 mil red polyethylene liner and grey foam as V4630 & V4645
  • Polyethylene liner excels in automated production
  • Excellent aging properties and all-weather environmental resistance
  • Dynamic Shear Adhesion= 120PSI
  • Density=34 lbs/cu ft
  • Tensile Strength of Foam=140PSI
