Thermally Conductive Kapton® Tape

General Information
K275 is a 5 mil, double coated, thermally conductive Kapton™ film with acrylic adhesive on both sides. It is provided in roll form with a release liner on both sides for ease of application. K275 was designed to bond electrical components to heat sinks.
