03001-001C is a 3 mil, low density polyethylene film used for surface protection. It is used to protect acrylic, glass, polycarbonate, polyester and polystyrene in particular.

  • Films are printable, allowing for corporate logos, user instructions and inventory control
  • Adhesion to steel= .1-1.5oz./in.
  • Unwind adhesion=.5-1oz./in.
  • Tensile strength: MD=3300psi, TD=2700psi
  • Elongation: MD=360%, TD=540%
  • Low density
  • Can be hand or machine applied
  • Acrylic adhesives will adhere to a variety of substrates and remove cleanly
  • Prevents scratching & marring
  • Prevents extra clean up due to overspray
  • Reduces need for costly rework & eliminates rejects
