Media Blasting Mask (Super Thick)

General Information
BT100R is a high quality, durable rubber coated with an advanced water based acrylic adhesive. It is typically used for shot peening and media blasting masking. The uniform thickness allows maximum blast time up to 100 psi. The special rubber allows BT100 R to conform tightly around curves and uneven surfaces. The high-tack, bonds quickly to clean surfaces. The application of 'hot-glue' bead along tape edges is recommended due to increased dwell and limited blast nozzle movement of the robotic stripping heads. BT100 R removes in one piece after exposure to blasing.
