PEFILM 4520

5.5 Mil Low Density Polyethylene Film tape

PEFILM 4520 is a 5.5mil low density polyethylene film tape with an acrylic adhesive. This tape is highly conformable and features good abrasion and chemical resistance. The acrylic based adhesive systam provides high adhesion and cohesion which yields a permanent bond with virtually no edge bleed out. PEFILM 4520 is UV resistant and offers an outstanding moisture barrier. It will not crack or crease at low temperatures and has excellent long term aging stability without yellowing. PEFILM 4520 is used for water filter purification pipe wrap, protective sealing, splicing, seaming and patching where a highly conformable and optically clear material is required.
