Double Coated Permanent / Removable

General Information
8306 is a 3.4 mil double coated tape with a 0.5 mil polyester carrier. The unwind side is the permanent side with 2.1 mils of rubber adhesive and the liner side is the removable side with 0.8 mils of acrylic adhesive. 8306 is primarily used for temporary mounting applications. Excellent die-cutting and slitting characterisitics. Specification # 87184.

  • Polyester carrier
  • Densified kraft release liner
  • Loop tack to stainless Unwind side = 80, Liner side = 20
  • Static shear: 5.5 lbs. at 72°F upon a 1" area - unwind > 250 , liner side > 150 minutes to failure
  • Removable adhesive one side, with a permanent adhesive on the other
  • Excellent die cutting and slitting characteristics
  • Permanent adhesive is excellent for foam bonding
