***3M discontinued this product & recommends 2364, 2380 or 231 as alternatives*** 3M masking tape 2309M is a 6.2 mil, smooth crepe paper, high temperature masking tape with high adhesion, excellent conformability and strength. It is treated with a heat and solvent resistant saturant. This superior masking tape is designed specifically for the professional painter. 2309M is conformable, hugs curves and contours, goes on quickly and easily, sticks at a touch and stays put; every feature is perfectly balanced to give outstanding masking results. Tape2309M produces an excellent finished paint line. This product is well suited for paint masking on automobiles, aircraft, trucks and boats.
