Flexographic Printing
The process of molding polymer plates with your desired print and then wrapping them around cylinders. Ink is rolled onto your plates and then transfered onto your material. Ideal for printing medium to large runs up to 3 colors.
Electron Beam Imaging
The computerized process electrically charges the roller then crushes the image onto the material. Toner is applied to your product and the roller is then wiped clean from excess toner and the charge is neutralized. The print is then sealed with a top coat if necessary. Ideal for large runs of sequential numbers & variable information.
Thermal Printing
Print heads are pre-programmed to your desired print. These print heads thermally activate ribbons of ink to obtain your desired print or sequential bar code pattern. Ideal for short runs of bar codes or variable information.
UL Approved Labels
Does your package or product require a UL label? Budnick is certified by the Underwriters Laboratory to print UL certification marks. The UL Mark on the product is the only method provided by UL to identify products manufactured under UL's Certification and Follow-Up Service programs.
